Phillip (Leandro Baldemor) have successfully talked with Donya Anastacia (Gloria Romero). He told them that Dr. Meneses have sent him in exchange of the first physician. Donya Ana did not accept him. And told Aling Marya (Luz Valdez) that he does not trust that Dr. Arboleda. She even sensed that The doctor and Lynette (Katrina Halili) is hiding something. When the two were alone, Phillip then told Lynette that he needs bigger amount. And that the 3million is just small. Lynette was shocked by the doctor' s revealation.
